This website is about the maths skills you will need if you plan to study energy at the Open University. It describes possible maths skills in each of the energy modules which are normally offered in your second or third year of full time study for certain pathways. The website contains information about how to check your maths skills and capabilities based on your previous experience of mathematics so that each student can make a more informed choice about whether they have the necessary skills to pass the module satisfactorily or what prior preparation may be needed. before embarking on any of our energy modules.
